Visiting the opening of Denmark Close

It was great to meet Martha and Maria (along with wee Brodie) and to chat with them about the difference their new homes are making to their family’s lives. Funded by the Scottish Government and Hawthorn Housing Cooperative in partnership with Glasgow City Council, I pay tribute to Hawthorn Housing who are true champions for their local community.

Record levels of housing investment by the Scottish Government are being used exceptionally well by our social housing providers to the benefit of the communities I serve.
